WHAT SUPPORT CAN I EXPECT?

We recognise the value that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) brings.  All of our delivery staff are encouraged to participate in regular CPD activities throughout the course of the year.  We will also support those new into teaching to help them achieve their formal teaching qualifications.

In addition, many of our administrative support staff will also seek to achieve higher levels of qualifications within the areas that they work and the college will support them to achieve these.

DO I NEED TO CONSIDER ANYTHING ELSE?

The PROCAT ethos is built on respect and reflects the professionalism and craft values of the industries we serve.  We set ourselves high standards and we have high expectations of our students as well.

We have clearly defined standards which are underpinned by some fundamental principles under which we operate; integrity, equality, fairness and accountability.

PROCAT staff are expected to share these values and be able to demonstrate them in their everyday work.
